For lunch we got out of down town and went to Camellia Grill. A good greesy dive where we got food topped with chillie. The service was engaging and sothern. Definatly a highlight of the trip, but there have been so many. See you all soon.
The 2009 ELCA National Youth Gathering in New Orleans, July 17-27. This is a fantastic opportunity for spiritual growth, service in God’s name and a time for fellowship with 36,000 ELCA youth from all over the nation.
Justice Jazz, the theme for Gathering, draws from the rich faith history, diverse cultures, and arts of New Orleans. It will stretch our understanding of what it means to live in relationship and service with each other in the manner of Christ… for life... wherever we are!
